I got the opportunity to work with Erica on a wedding in which she provided the wedding cake. Being a wedding planner, it is my job to get all vendors on the same page and know when they plan to arrive on the wedding day. Erica was very quick to respond to emails leading up to the wedding and very accommodating in making the timeline work. Additionally, she designs gorgeous cakes that taste amazing! I would highly recommend the Village Patisserie for any special occasion and look forward to working with her again.

Wonderful, personal, amazing, and so talented. It was happenstance that I crossed paths with Village Patisserie at a bridal show pre-covid, but it was the amazing care and loving touch that got me through my pandemic wedding!! I recommend pretty much anything, but the Caramel Apple was a perfect match for an October wedding. From day one with our cake tasting, to the wedding cake, Erica/Village Patisserie was high class and so much fun to work with. She's booked again for our covid delayed reception, and I can't wait to see her next creation. Definitely a must!!!

Erica's cakes are amazing and absolutely stunning! She was able to bring our watercolor sea glass inspired cake to life better than I could have ever imagined, and not only was it beautiful, but it was SO DELICIOUS. Luckily we were gifted some of your fantastic vegan sugar cookies for Christmas. They are hands-down the best sugar cookies we've ever had (vegan or otherwise). My son is not vegan and even he said they were the best!

Finding Erica was an absolute blessing for us! Covid hit about 8 months before our wedding, right as we were hoping to start cake testing! When things finally opened up, we were only 4-5 months out from our date and still in need of a cake! Luckily we found Erica, and the process was so easy and stress free from there. She was so quick to respond and very easy to work with! We loved getting to have our cake tasting and were very excited with all the options. We ended up having 4 different flavors of cake. My husband, who does not share the same appreciation for cake that I do, actually loved her fresh apple cake. It was a perfect flavor for a fall wedding as well, and we received many compliments! Erica delivered the cake to the venue the morning of, and also finished the decorating on site using flowers that my florist provided. It turned out looking even more beautiful than my inspiration Pins!

My wife and I celebrated our 15th year of marriage this past summer, and we still very much remember Erica's (Village Patisserie's) wedding cake and the process. We had samples of different kinds of cake and frosting, and we chose from unlimited cake designs. The cake tasted absolutely awesome. I also have DJ'd weddings since 1993, so I shamefully have to admit I have tasted wedding cake more than a few times. Her's was better than others I've tasted, and I've worked at weddings where I know the cake cost a pretty penny. She charges VERY fairly and is worth every penny. To this day she is the only cake person I'd recommend to DJ clients also in need of a wedding cake. My wife has hired her for cakes for other occasions besides our wedding, all with magnificent results.

Erica was so helpful in finding flavors to fit the style and season of our wedding! The wedding cake could NOT have been more beautiful, and all night long I heard from guests that this was the BEST wedding cake they have ever had. Unlike most weddings we did not have any left because guests went back for seconds. She also did my bridal shower dessert table, and once again all delicious and right on theme with our decor. Highly recommend her for ANY dessert needs!
